1. Write down what you eat for one week and you will lose weight.

Studies found that people who keep food diaries wind up eating about 15 percent less food than those who don’t. Watch out for weekends: A University of North Carolina study found people tend to consume an extra 115 calories per weekend day, primarily from alcohol and fat. (Though good news: You can work out only on weekends and still lose weight.) Then cut out or down calories from spreads, dressings, sauces, condiments, drinks, and snacks; they could make the difference between weight gain and loss. 2. Add 10 percent to the amount of daily calories you think you’re eating

If you think you’re consuming 1,700 calories a day and don’t understand why you’re not losing weight, add another 170 calories to your guesstimate. Chances are, the new number is more accurate. Adjust your eating habits accordingly. For instance, your cup of coffee might have more calories than you thought.

3. After breakfast, stick to water

At breakfast, go ahead and drink orange juice. But throughout the rest of the day, focus on water instead of juice or soda. The average American consumes an extra 245 calories a day from soft drinks. That’s nearly 90,000 calories a year—or 25 pounds! And research shows that despite the calories, sugary drinks don’t trigger a sense of fullness the way that food does. 4. Sniff a banana, an apple, or a peppermint when you feel hungry
You might feel silly, but it works. When Alan R. Hirsch, MD, neurological director of the Smell & Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago, tried this with 3,000 volunteers, he found that the more frequently people sniffed, the less hungry they were and the more weight they lost—an average of 30 pounds each. One theory is that sniffing the food tricks the brain into thinking you’re actually eating it. Use these other tricks to become a more mindful eater.

5. Spend 10 minutes a day walking up and down stairs

The Centers for Disease Control says that’s all it takes to help you shed as much as 10 pounds a year (assuming you don’t start eating more). Check out these other tricks for squeezing in more steps every day.

6. Walk five minutes for at least every two hours

Stuck at a desk all day? A brisk five-minute walk every two hours will parlay into an extra 20-minute walk by the end of the day, and getting moving is more beneficial than a standing desk. Plus, getting a break will make you less likely to reach for snacks out of antsiness. While you’re up, use this effective stretch for avoiding back pain.

7. Don’t buy any prepared food

That lists sugar, fructose, or corn syrup among the first four ingredients on the label. You should be able to find a lower-sugar version of the same type of food. If you can’t, grab a piece of fruit instead, especially if you show signs you’re eating too much sugar. Look for sugar-free varieties of foods such as ketchup, mayonnaise, salad dressing, and these other foods with way more sugar than you realize. Also, avoid partially hydrogenated foods, and look for more than two grams of fiber per 100 calories in all grain products. Finally, a short ingredient list means fewer flavor enhancers and empty calories. Sounds impossible, but you can actually learn how to give up sugar without missing it.

8. Close the kitchen for 12 hours

After dinner, wash all the dishes, wipe down the counters, turn out the light, and, if necessary, tape closed the cabinets and refrigerator. Late-evening eating significantly increases the overall number of calories you eat, a University of Texas study found.  9. Eat water-rich foods and you’ll eat fewer calories overall
A body of research out of Pennsylvania State University finds that eating water-rich foods such as zucchini, tomatoes, and cucumbers during meals reduces your overall calorie consumption. Other water-rich foods include soups and salads. You won’t get the same benefits by just drinking your water, though (but you will get other benefits off staying hydrated). Because the body processes hunger and thirst through different mechanisms, it simply doesn’t register a sense of fullness with water (or soda, tea, coffee, or juice). 10. Eat cereal for breakfast five days a week
Studies find that people who eat cereal for breakfast every day are significantly less likely to be obese and have diabetes than those who don’t. They also consume more fiber and calcium—and less fat—than those who eat other breakfast foods. Make oatmeal, or pour out a high-fiber, low-sugar cereal like Total or Grape Nuts, and boost it up with these healthy cereal hacks.

After finding this viva face tonic, I never tried the other toner because it was good enough to solve the problems that are on my face right now. GOLIATH II

Goliath II is a miniature 9-year old; a tiny Indian elephant who tries everything to impress his father and wishes to prove that he can be as good as his father, though all his efforts and curiosities get him into trouble. Because of his size, his father doesn't care about him; only his mother does.
Goliath II tells the story of the life of a small elephant that is no bigger than his father named Goliath I. His father is the biggest ivory mammoth of them all. His father hopes that one day Goliath II will grow up to become a giant like himself and respect in the jungle. Her mother always defends Goliath II like most other mothers. His mother was very proud and did not care about Goliath's current condition. His mother was convinced that someday Goliath II would be as strong as his father, just a matter of time. Raising Goliath II in the jungle full of threats is not easy, problems and one of his mother's worries are enemies in a jungle is a nasty tiger named Raja is curious about tasting an elephant or any animal he sees in his path and tries to attack Goliath, Raja is always looking for opportunities to be able to prey on Goliath II, but always fails because his mother who managed to help him. His mother always advised him not to wander far without his knowledge because it is so dangerous for him, many wild animals that can eat it like a crocodile.
One day, while marching through the jungle, Goliath II gets lost following a snail. As Goliath II's mother looks for him, Raja does too. She finds Goliath II stuck in a small hole. As Raja is about to grab ahold of him, Goliath II's mother sucks him with her trunk and saves him. She then scolds Goliath II for wandering off like that and is then put in a nest on a tree for punishment. Goliath II doesn't like this treatment and feels tired to be treated like a little baby, so that night, he sneaks away, vowing to never return. In his journey, Goliath II feels scared because of the surrounding environment. Many wild beasts who continue to pursue and find a way to eat it, he runs scared because being hunted by wild animals as he walks on a plant, it tickles Raja awake. As Raja grabs him, Goliath II calls for his mother He shouted "Mom, help me" while running scared but his mother comes to the rescue. She grabs Raja by the tail and flings him into the crocodile never to be seen again. Due to a foul and attempted escape from a herd of elephants Goliath II was finally convicted, Goliath II was saddened for having embarrassed his great father.
Once when a herd of elephants was walking through the jungle, Goliath's father noticed a mice that frightened him and dismissed the line suddenly, because it Mother’s of Goliath II forgot his son and Goliath II left alone to face the mice, but Goliath II was not afraid of mouse and try to fight it. The courage of Goliath II was able to make the mice surrender, and in the end Goliath was rewarded for the courage he had made for the elephant herds of the highest position in a herd of elephants of honor on his father's head and to his mother's worry was over for now and felt not to lose he is in this world.

Beauty Life Hacks and Tricks


Here I will show you guys for more tips and tricks about beauty.

Tips and tricks as following:
1. When you over line the lips, try to only over line the center part of your lip and for the outer corners just trace the lip liner along the natural line of your lips and now just make sure that your lips look much more natural when you try to make them look a little bit bigger by overlining them also try to recreate the same shape of your lip and that will just help it look much more natural as well.
2. To mattify any lipstick all you have to do is take a face powder, this can be pressed powder or a translucent powder you can load that up on a fluffy brush and pat that on the lip and this will just absorb any sort of moisture or shine from the lipstick and mattify any lipstick you may have instantly.
3. if you are one of those people who always struggles with winged eyeliner masking tape or solar tape will become your best friend all your going to need is a strip of masking, I prefer to use masking tape because of it less sticky. I am just sticking it to the back of my hand to lose the stickiness of it and sticking that at the bottom of my eye to imitate the angle of the eyeliner them all you need is an eyeliner of choice and draw your eyeliner as you usually would and this will just ensure that your liner has a nice clean and sharp edge at the bottom and you don’t have to worry about it being wonky.
4. special for all of you who have oily skin. Sometimes when your face gets super oily and you don’t have any face powder or blotting paper on you it’s a literal disaster so this is a cool trick that I have learned, all you need to solve this issue is a bit of tissue. You can use any tissue paper or toilet paper even and you are literally just going to take that and just dab it on your face and what that piece of tissue is going to do is just blot off any excess oil on your face and leave your face looking much more matte.
5. using talcum powder as your dry shampoo. You can use this to put on your hair and it’s going to work in the same as a dry shampoo it’s gonna absorb the excess oil in your hair and leave your hair looking much more refreshed and less shiny this can get quite messy. It works like a charm. I use this tricks if I don’t have any dry shampoo at the time.
6. Don't use loose powder to fight an oily complexion, too much powder can make your makeup look cakey. Instead, use a clear mattifier. Apply it before or after your makeup, and watch the shine disappear.
7. Don't pump your mascara. This pushes air into the tube, which can result in bacteria growth. Instead, scrape the end of the brush along the inside of the tube, and pull it out at an angle to grab a good amount of product while wiping off the excess.

How to Make Lip Tint by Yourself


Lip tints are just tinted or sheer lip products that give a little bit of color. They tend to be quite moisturizing. One of the benefits of lip tint is that it is generally very long lasting. If it contains gloss, the gloss will eventually be wiped off, but the color will stay. This is because it has temporarily stained the lips and is not just resting on top of them. Here I will show you how to make lip tint by yourself, the ingredients as follows:

  • food coloring
  • lips balm
  • cotton buds
  • jar/ container
  • lip brush

the steps are following:

1. add food coloring, put as much as you like into the jar
2. add lip balm
3. mix it together by using cotton buds to mix all together, it will allow you to create a smooth mixture
4. test on your hand, if you finish the ingredients together test the stand out in your hand. If you happy with the final result of the color, you can go on to the next step. But, if you are not happy with the shade of color, you can add more the food coloring.
5. apply lip tint using lip brush on your lips.

How I Learned English by Myself


I am happy to be a student of English literature. Initially I thought it would be difficult; However, I was wrong. it is a pride for me because not everyone wants to major in literature. others assume that  English literature students must have good ability in English. in fact, after I went through as a student of literature; I learned things that I never get in Vocational High School. I want to become a flight attendant, even though I was weak in English.  

I am getting stronger intention to wrestle the English language; not only articulate but deeper. because grammar is hard, I learned a lot about my chosen subject, but it frustrates me when seeing my friends a lot smarter than my knowledge. I did not give up and do not retreat with a choice of majors that I take because I believe in myself that I was able to learn well. Learning English was not complicated; therefore, I always understand any of the material provided. I am proud to be a student of English literature, to improve learning everyday, the knowledge that I can be distributed to other students to talk to each other in college assignments.

Here are some proven ways to help you learn English well

Speaking English

Speak as often and as much as possible! This is the best way to learn English! There is nothing better than conversation to help you improve. Whereas you can practice reading, writing, and listening on your own, it’s obviously better to speak English with someone.

Listening to English

This really is a skill that needs to be worked on everyday. Like speaking, it’s better for you to be in a totally English speaking environment. Full immersion is the best way for you to improve your level.

Reading English

Reading English is something you can do to help you learn on your own, outside of the classroom. Have a dictionary with you (English/English is best.) to look up new words and then write them down in a notebook. Try to use these new words in conversation, it's a great way to learn.

Writing English

Try keeping a diary; write something in English in it every day, even if it’s very simple. Start with small sentences and make them longer. Again, the internet is a great way to help. Try to make friends online, visit chat rooms, forums, or post comments on blogs. These are all useful tools for you to learn well from.
Writing gives you a good chance to review words you have learned in the past and allows you the time to think about grammar as you write. Go back and review anything you might have written in the past, when your English was at a lower level, and try to find any mistakes you made.

English Goals

Set yourself a goal and keep it in mind, it will motivate you to learn. Whatever the reason, you’ll find that you work harder when you focus on a target. Choose a goal that you want to achieve and then create a time-frame to achieve it by. “learning By doing”

Table Manners


Table manners are the rules used while eating, include the appropriate use of utensils or how to have correctly while eating according to international rules. Whether you're eating at a fancy restaurant, in the cafeteria, or at home with friends and families, good table manners make for a more pleasant meal. While you may not need to worry about confusing your salad fork with your dessert fork when dining with friends, some basic table manners should never be forgotten.

There are many benefits you could get when studied the table manner, as the following:

Dress Code: Follow whatever dress code is requested on the invitation or suggested by the host/hostess.

(When meeting someone)… rise if you are seated, smile and extend your hand
Turn off your cell phone
Keep elbows off the table. Keep your left hand in your lap unless you are using it.

Do not "play with" your food or utensils.
If another diner asks for the salt or pepper, pass both together, even if a table mate asks for only one of them.
Do NOT talk with food in your mouth
Cut only enough food for the next mouthful (cut no more than two bites of food at a time).
Don't make an issue if you don't like something or can't eat it – keep silent.
Turn your head from the table when you cough or sneeze.
 
General Etiquette Rules: Finished Eating
 
After finished eating, there are rules that must you notice to end the table manner as the following:
1. When you are finished eating do not push your plate away from you.
2. When dining with others, everyone should start and finish at the same time.
3. To signal that you are done with the course, rest your fork, tines up, and knife blade in, with the handles resting at five o'clock and tips pointing to ten o'clock on your plate.
Table manner as well as very important to show character and psychological. If you want to respect, then honor one who has to invite you using formal attire and table manner as well as who well.
 

How to be an active student in the university


Being a good student has more benefits than just getting good grades. It may help you get into the college you want and maybe obtain a scholarship. This will give you some tips on how to become an excellent student.

Keep your materials and assignments organized

Staying organized in school is extremely important because if you are organized, you are one step ahead in being successful. A good way to start off is to keep a folder for each subject. By keeping a folder, it means that you put your math papers in your math folder, your Language Arts papers in your Language Arts folder, your science papers in your science folder, and so on. To make this easier, use colour codes or label your folders and place them into either your desk or backpack neatly. This way, you will have an easier time searching for your folders and will have more time to review what you have learned yesterday.

Pay attention in class and take a notes

When a teacher is giving a lesson, take notes from their lecture and if you don't understand something, raise your hand and ask questions. The more questions you ask, the smarter you'll get, believe it or not. Taking notes will help you think and help you understand what is being taught more so be sure to take notes even when it is not necessary for the classroom.

Do your homework on time

Teachers give you homework for you to review what you have learned that day. Take advantage of your free time and do your homework on the way home from school and in any spare time. Do as much at school as you can so you can ask the teacher just in case you need help. Make sure not to rush on your homework and be sure to check it and make it as neat as possible. If you really want to be a successful student, you should know right from the beginning when you want to be great at anything, and when you have to put up with things that just don't seem fair. Doing your homework is not a big deal. Always remember that homework can also help you develop good studying habits and attitudes. Always do what is asked of you.

Study

It is advised to start studying at least a few days before a test. Make a study schedule and if an extracurricular activity gets in the way of your studying, tell the person in charge of that certain event that you will not be able to attend that event, or that you will have to leave earlier. However, there will be certain situations where you will have to attend. In this kind of situation, you will just have to study another day. This is where your study schedule comes in. Write out a schedule of the week of your test and find your free time. Always remember, use your time wisely. Study as if you are motivated for the outcome of your hard work. Take short breaks while studying. For example, you can take a 15-minute break every 2 hours. Don't lose your cool if you're stuck. If you are stuck, just take a break and refocus on your work when you feel "refreshed". Taking breaks can help you to work more efficiently and productively. But do not extend your breaks to longer time period.

Everyone gets bad grades once in a while; even the high level students don't achieve good marks for everything. It's not the end of the world. Just try harder next time.
